Sweepstakes Period: The LesserEvil Fall Football 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 08, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 U.S & D.C., who are 18 years or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of LesserEvil LLC (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the “Administrator”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliate companies and advertising and promotions agencies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the LesserEvil Fall Football 2025 Sweepstakes website at www.lesserevil.com/sweepstakes (“Website”) and then complete and submit the entry form as instructed to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received in excess of this limitation will be void. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, devices, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Automated Entries are prohibited and use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification if detected. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If participating via mobile device, standard phone data rates and usage charges imposed by your phone service provider may apply. All Entries shall be the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Winner Selection/Odds: The Administrator, an independent judging agency, will conduct a random drawing to select the winners on or about December 3, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period and compliance with the exact requirements of these Official Rules.
Winner Notification/Verification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or U.S. Mail and be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) as instructed within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The First Prize winners will be notified by email and/or U.S. Mail and may be required to execute and return an address confirmation/eligibility verification form as instructed within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to a regular season college or professional football game, awarded as a $1,000 Sponsor-specified gift card and $750 spending money for transportation and incidentals, awarded as a check or eCheck. (ARV: $1,750). Transportation and accommodations are not included with prize. Five (5) First Prizes: A one (1) year-supply of LesserEvil popcorn, awarded either as actual product or as a check or eCheck [based on one (1) case of six (6) count product for 12 months] and Sponsor-specified LesserEvil merchandise (ARV: $500 each). ARV of all prizes: $4,250. Limit one (1) prize per person/household/email address. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Usage of Gift Cards that are provided as part of a prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer governing their use. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize(s) not specified herein as being awarded. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the Grand Prize winner. No transfer, resale, cash or other substitution of a prize except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to travel, hotel, taxes, insurance, or personal expenses, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Actual prizes may differ from items depicted in advertising/promotional materials.
General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winners’ names, comments and/or likenesses and photos for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law; and, winners agree to confirm such permission in writing at Sponsor’s request without compensation. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Website or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Website or Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of any Entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the account associated with the Entry. Proof of entering information via the Website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or on any Website. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify all entries of any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or Website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sweepstakes Entities failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or Website, then the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to Sponsor’s action or to otherwise make the prizes available to be won in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Website. By participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, the Entrant agrees to hold the Sweepstakes Entities harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes and the Sweepstakes Entities will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages sustained, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.
Governing Law & Venue: Any and all disputes relating to the running of the Sweepstakes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Connecticut exclusively, and subject to the internal, substantive laws of the state of Connecticut. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; waive any right of change of venue, forum non conveniens or like right; agree to bring any action regarding the Sweepstakes individually (not as part of a class action); and agree that their recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) and waive any and all damages (including but not limited to compensatory, punitive, consequential or incidental damages) as well as any right to attorneys’ fees. With respect to disputes, should there be any conflict between the laws of Connecticut and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the state of Connecticut.
Data Collection: Sponsor collects personal information from Entrants when they enter the Sweepstakes (and for when they may be deemed a winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://lesserevil.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Winner’s List: To receive a Winners List by email, available for ninety (90) days after November 30, 2025, send an email to: winners@dja.com with LesserEvil Fall Football 2025 Winners (Ref: 01-2814-03) as the subject line. Winners List will be sent after all prizes have been awarded.
Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is LesserEvil LLC, 41 Eagle Rd, Danbury, CT 06810. The Administrator of this Sweepstakes is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.
