Featuring: LesserEvil Himalayan Pink Salt Popcorn
Ingredients:- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate
- 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30 second increments, stirring between each. It should take about a minute and 30 seconds or so.
- Crush cookies and set aside.
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper on your counter or on a baking sheet.
- Add popcorn and cookies to a large bowl, then stir in the melted white chocolate, evenly covering the popcorn and cookie mix.
- Once completely mixed and covered, pour the popcorn mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it gently into an even layer. If you’d like, you can sprinkle additional cookie pieces or white chocolate pieces before it cools/sets completely.
- Allow the chocolate to cool/set for about an hour.
- Once cool, break apart the treat into smaller pieces and enjoy!
